Rochelle Hamilton
Director
Rochelle has been with Brown Hamilton Partners for over 10 years. Prior to this she was a Senior Manager in the Tax Division of a Big 4 accounting practice.
Rochelle has Bachelor Degrees in both Commerce and Law and was admitted to practice as a solicitor in 1995.
Having moved directly into tax consulting in her professional career, she now has 20 years of experience in providing tax advice to a wide variety of clients across many and varied issues. This has given her a great depth of knowledge and understanding of tax issues and the impact they have on both individuals and businesses.
Rochelle is not just about tax. She is passionate about seeing businesses succeed and enjoys helping business owners understand the figures behind their business so that together they can develop the strategies necessary to achieve the goals they are aiming for.
Rochelle is also a mum to three children and can often be seen pounding the pavements around Nunawading on a morning run.
Nicole Brown
Director
Nicole has been with Brown Hamilton Partners for over 10 years. She started her working career in the travel industry working as an accountant for a well-known publishing company.
After a three year period in London where she worked for publishing, retail and production companies; Nicole returned to Australia to work in the Melbourne retail industry as a Commercial Analyst.
Nicole has a Bachelor Degree in Business and has been a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) for over 15 years. With a range of commercial exposure, Nicole has significant experience in management accounting, tax and commercial analysis which assist in advising her clients on both an individual and business basis.
Nicole is passionate about understanding your business, learning what makes it operate and assisting businesses to achieve their best.
Outside work life, Nicole enjoys working out at the gym, researching health and nutrition and spending time with her family.
Marnix van Gaalen
– Accountant
Marnix has been with Brown Hamilton Partners for 1 year. Previously, he has worked as the Financial Controller for several family businesses.
Marnix has a Masters Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor Degree in Catering and Hotel Management. Having spent the last 15 years involved with the day-to-day management of business, he has applied the experience and knowledge gained to better understand the needs of clients.
Being a father, Marnix understands the importance of time with family. He thrives on assisting individuals and business owners with this, by being a reliable and trustworthy partner in their taxation/business needs.
You may catch him on weekends indulging in golf or visiting the zoo with his son.
